We built MyPariva because care
shouldn't be a guessing game.
A short story about why this app exists, and the people building it.
Where it began
It started with a simple, frustrating pattern we kept seeing around us: partners, parents, and siblings who genuinely wanted to help during someone's period, but didn't know how, when, or whether it was okay to ask. Not out of indifference — out of hesitation.
Periods are still something many families in India do not talk about openly, even when everyone in the house cares. Women often manage their cycles in isolation while husbands, mothers, sisters, brothers, fathers, partners, and friends want to help but are unsure what support should look like coming from them.
The gap is not only informational. It is the discomfort of bringing periods into an everyday family conversation. A brother may support differently from a partner; a mother's care may look different from a friend's. One message cannot fit every relationship.
So we built MyPariva — not just another period tracker, but a bridge that helps remove that hesitation. Women stay in control of their health data while gently keeping their care circle informed, in a way that fits each relationship, on their terms, over a familiar channel: WhatsApp.
The name Pariva means "circle" or "community" — a group of people around you. That's exactly what we're building: a circle of care that moves with your cycle.
Our mission
Make menstrual health a shared, supported experience — breaking the silence around periods at home, private enough for every woman, and connected enough for her care circle to help.
Where we are
Headquartered in India. Proudly bootstrapped and independent.
Meet the co-founders

Our values
Privacy first
Your body, your data. We don't sell it, we don't share it without your consent, and we don't use it for advertising or insurance profiling. Full stop.
Inclusive care
Husbands, mothers, sisters, brothers, fathers, friends, and partners — care comes in many shapes, and support should match the relationship. MyPariva shapes care nudges around who receives them instead of sending one-size-fits-all messages.
Quietly helpful
Notifications you actually want. Insights that make sense. Nothing pushy, nothing alarming, nothing that turns a health app into a source of stress.
Built with care in India
MyPariva is an independent web application focused on private cycle tracking and consent-based care reminders. We are not a hospital, clinic, pharmacy, or emergency service.
Privacy-first product
Supporters receive general care reminders only after consent. Exact period dates, sensitive cycle details, mood scores, symptoms, and private logs are not shared.
Educational only
Health content is for general awareness. MyPariva does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
