We built MyPariva because care
shouldn't be a guessing game.
A short story about why this app exists, and the people building it.
Where it began
It started with a simple, frustrating pattern. Our founder noticed that her partner kept forgetting cycle dates — not out of indifference, but because he genuinely didn't know how to help. He wanted to be there for her. He just had no way of knowing when she needed support most, or what that support should look like.
When we looked around, we realised millions of Indian families were living the same experience: women managing their cycles in isolation while the people closest to them — husbands, mothers, sisters, partners — wanted to help but felt shut out of the conversation. The gap wasn't emotional. It was informational.
Existing period apps tracked cycles beautifully, but they tracked them alone. There was no way to connect what you were experiencing to the people who cared about you — without oversharing, without awkward conversations, and without losing control of your own privacy.
So we built MyPariva — not just another period tracker, but a bridge. A way for women to stay in control of their health data while gently keeping their care circle informed, on their terms, over the channel everyone in India already uses: WhatsApp.
The name Pariva means "circle" or "community" — a group of people around you. That's exactly what we're building: a circle of care that moves with your cycle.
Our mission
Make menstrual health a shared, supported experience — private enough for every woman, connected enough for her care circle.
Where we are
Headquartered in India. Proudly bootstrapped and independent.
Our values
Privacy first
Your body, your data. We don't sell it, we don't share it without your consent, and we don't use it for advertising or insurance profiling. Full stop.
Inclusive care
Husbands, mothers, sisters, friends, partners — care comes in many shapes. We build for the full diversity of support circles that exist in real Indian families.
Quietly helpful
Notifications you actually want. Insights that make sense. Nothing pushy, nothing alarming, nothing that turns a health app into a source of stress.
