How MyPariva works
From signup to your first reminder, here's the full journey — no surprises, no hidden steps.
Create your account
Sign up with your email address and mobile number — or use Google Sign-In for even faster access. We'll send a one-time password to your WhatsApp to verify your phone.
We use WhatsApp OTP because it's faster and more reliable than SMS in India — especially in areas with weak 2G/3G coverage.
- Email + password or Google Sign-In
- WhatsApp OTP verification for your phone number
- No credit card, no subscription required
Set up your cycle
Tell us when your last period started, how long your cycle typically runs, and your period length. We also ask for your profession — here's why that matters:
Anchors your cycle predictions from day one.
The average number of days between your periods (typically 21–35 days).
A nurse and a software engineer get different health tips. We tailor the library to your life.
Ensures notifications go out at the right local time, not 3 AM.
Add your care circle
Add up to several supporters — your partner, mother, sister, or a trusted friend. Each person gets a WhatsApp message asking for their consent before any notifications begin.
Your privacy is guaranteed: supporters never see your raw cycle dates or health logs. They only receive the crafted WhatsApp messages that you've enabled — nothing more.
- Choose a relation type (Husband, Mother, Friend, Partner…)
- Enter their WhatsApp number — they get a consent prompt instantly
- Remove any supporter from your circle at any time
Hi! Asha has added you as a care supporter on MyPariva. This means you'd receive occasional kind reminders about how to best support her during her cycle.
Reply YES to opt in, or NO to decline. You can opt out anytime.
Track your day
Every morning (or evening), spend 10 seconds logging how you feel. Over time, patterns emerge that help you understand your body better and share more context with your care network.
Get insights. They get reminders.
Your dashboard shows your current cycle phase, upcoming predictions, and a monthly calendar with colour-coded days. Your care network receives three types of WhatsApp notifications:
Hi Rahul, Asha's period is starting today. She may need extra warmth and comfort over the next few days. A warm meal, a listening ear, and a little patience go a long way. 💙
What happens behind the scenes
Auto-updating predictions
Every time you log a new period, predictions recalculate automatically. No manual input needed.
Your timing, not ours
Notifications go out at the time you set for each supporter — 8 AM, noon, or whenever they prefer.
Full notification log
Every message sent to your care circle is logged. You can see exactly what was sent and when.
