MyPariva's predictions are based on mathematical patterns from your logged period history. They are never 100% accurate and may be affected by:
When to see a doctor
Do not rely on MyPariva if you are experiencing any of the following — see a qualified healthcare professional promptly:
- Periods that last more than 7 days
- Cycles consistently shorter than 21 or longer than 35 days
- Severe pelvic pain or cramping that disrupts your daily life
- Bleeding or spotting between periods
- Sudden significant changes in cycle length or flow
- Suspected pregnancy
- Any concerning or new symptoms you haven't experienced before
